Unfortunately not recommended. Food is only lukewarm or cold at the buffet. The food was really unsightly and unsavory due to the long lay-time. Sauces had formed skin. The selection and quality of the food is not fair for the price shown. It really works better in KL. Service staff spoke very bad German. After I and my companion were brought to the square, we were alone for the rest of our stay. No question whether we are satisfied, etc. Hospitality is different! At the end of the day I had to ask for the bill several times because no one wanted to collect. All in all we will definitely not be back.

By far the worst Chinese in Kaiserslautern, both in terms of taste and service. A friend came in for a glass of tap water because he ran over to pick someone up. He then had to pay for the entire buffet, we were insulted and yelled at several times, and we were threatened with the police. Extremely unprofessional behavior, in my opinion this dump would not have deserved a single star.

Isn't even worth 1 star. Food was cold and dried out. The buffet was empty and only dried out leftovers Dishes are dirty glasses were still smeared with lipstick. Tables were still dirty with food from the previous guest. 1 time and never again

Great dishes do not overflow, empty dishes are refilled quickly.

Wait staff speak bad German. The food tastes just okay, it was better, the buffet is also now offered in Corona times, with mask and glove. Unfortunately there are only 2 drinks. All in all ok, no more.

Called there on Friday lunchtime to order a lunch menu to be picked up. So far so good. After I wanted to order, I should wait for a while, as they were probably afraid they would not understand me. That's fine too. The young lady, who was then on the phone, then pointed out the buffet, which I declined in a friendly and thankful way because I consciously wanted to take my food with me. Audibly annoyed, the lady hissed at me on the phone that no pre-order would be accepted by phone and that I would have to order on site and then wait to take it with me. I then thanked them and said that other restaurants would probably have a higher interest in making money and I avoided it accordingly. Unlucky, one less customer, also in the future.

Nobody at the buffet obeyed the rules. Unfortunately none of the staff was interested. Otherwise everything is okay.

Everything was great, huge selection, everyone can find something. We will keep coming back.

Was just with 2 friends at the "lunch buffet" ... an absolute cheek. The buffet felt like the rest from the previous evening. Nothing was even remotely fresh. The sauces or the sauce dishes from standing for a long time already dried out. Terrible. fried dishes hard and dry. Service: Drinks weren't offered until we were asked that we had to take the drinks buffet. What is not on the Internet. I'm actually a regular customer in Trier with the Asians great wok, etc. There the lunch buffet is something completely different and cannot be compared. So folks, if you sell something disrespectful as a buffet then leave it

Been eating there a couple of times. It has always tasted very good until now, but I think the quality has decreased a bit. That's why only 3 stars

This place really hit the spot. There was a good variety and everything, for the most part, was very good, especially the salmon! The sushi was not the best, but it definitely scratched the sushi itch I had been having for a while. The dessert options, at least the ice cream I had, was phenomenal. At least a dozen flavors, and all the ones I tried were delicious. Also, the interior has plenty of seating and is very nicely decorated. The only downside I can think of is the rather expensive price for a buffet, but drinks are included in the price (even alcohol I think). But overall good quality and variety. Would recommend.

Gourmet World is an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet that includes a sushi selection, fresh seafood, a cook to order station, and free beer and wine. For the most part the Chinese dishes are very good and satisfy my craving for Chinese food, but when you add the nice atmosphere, ample seating, cooking station, booze, and dessert too, I think it's well worth the money. It's cheaper at lunch and pretty family friendly. Highly recommended!

Decent selection for a buffet, buyer beware the all you can drink drinks are the regualr fountain drinks, the drinks from the refrigerator are extra. The price is worth it during the lunch special

The place is big, clean, friendly staff and they have a big selection of food, but nothing spectacular, hint the 4 stars. It helps to speak a little German, but the staff will help if needed.

Food is medium quality Asian food. The staff is great, and the weekday lunch price is very reasonable.

Its clean and rather nice inside. If you're used to US chinese buffets you will not be blown away as it's twice the price for essentially the same thing. Food was warm and fresh but all tasted like the familiar salty taste many of us are used to. Sushi was very bland. Though, the grill selection is nice and even offers kangaroo and a variety of seafood. It's likely the best part. For germans this place is really exciting because of the "all you can eat" concept being rare here. It's worth going to if you're craving that familiar chinese buffet taste. I enjoyed my visit but likely will not return.

All You Can Eat on the weekends

All can you eat and drink, very good. But unfortunately the service is not great.

Great place for lunch thru the week @ $15 per person. Yet evenings and weekends rates are not so great unless you plan to drink a lot of alcohol. But for non-drinkers $25 per person is high. Especially when you have younger teens who are charged at the adult rate, yet will not eat, nor can they drink alcohol, at the amount of an adult.

Food was ok, nothing special. Extremely noisy, atmosphere in general wasn't pleasant, way too crowded. Not better than any other chinese restaurant
